Our goal is not just to support the development and adjustment of strategies and strategic documents (strategy, strategic plan, operational plan), but also to, in a simple way, familiarize our clients with tools that are going to enable them to monitor and manage at the strategic and operational level in order to reach their goals.

While defining a strategy, we provide analyses, present ideas and support the management team in the reaffirming the mission, vision and values. Also, we help in analysing external and internal situations in order to identify opportunities, internal resources and capabilities that result in competitive advantage (Michel Porter’s Five Forces and Value Chain models, PESTEL). With this approach, the popular SWOT method becomes operationally usable and supports identification of answers to six (6) key strategic questions and selection of suitable type of strategy (4 possible types).

In the following stages of translating the strategy into goals, defining measures and targets, and suitable strategic initiative, we enable the synergy of teams and knowledge sharing within an organization by using the strategic mapping concept and Balanced Scorecard metrics for measuring performance.

As a part of defining operational plan, we put special emphasis on improving business processes (BPM) and general quality system (QMS). This provides for Strategic Alignment process with long-term strategic priorities.
