InfoExpert provides support in the development of quality project proposals according to procedures defined for IPA II financing. This includes the preparation of requirements specifications, tender documents, as well as support for project implementation (applying EU Project Cycle Management – PCM methodology). Parallel with the preparation of project proposals, in cooperation with our partners we provide organization capacity building in EU project management.
The European Union provides financing and grants through funds for a large number of projects and programs in different areas. EU financing is complex since there are numerous types of programs managed by different bodies, as well as strict procedures for providing and using funds.
What is interesting for the countries of SEE region with status of candidates and potential candidates is financing through EU Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance and the possibility to use grants from all policy areas (5) regardless of their candidate status (new in IPA II 2014-2020 compared to IPA).
What we see as really interesting is efforts in IPA II which, inter alia, stress on strengthening research and innovation capacities including the application of ICT in accordance with the strategic goals (Europe 2020) and needs to support the implementation of EU technical requirements and standards in different areas.
InfoExpert’s strategic approach in promoting the implementation of ICT solutions (business processes-regulations-strategy-ICS solutions) provides for compliance with those IPA II financing principles, which we see as our special value.
Along with preparing project proposals and implementation support, we provide quality service in developing project implementation methodologies or individual project components with special emphasis on the application of ICT. We also support preparation of requirements specifications (Terms of References) for project being financed by other international sources of financing (WB, SIDA, USAID).
